How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on where you're located. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way. During busy periods like holidays, it may take a little longer, but your order will always be tracked.

What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right, either with a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Just send us a photo of the issue along with your order number and we'll get it sorted quickly.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, and if it's not there, get in touch with us and we'll look into it straight away.

Will this product work in my country?

Most of our products are compatible worldwide. For any electrical items, please check the product specifications listed on the page, we include voltage, plug type, and charging information so you know exactly what you're getting before you order. If you're unsure, feel free to message us before buying.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item if it's not right for you. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.
